MONTHLY SAVINGS GOLD PURCHASE PLAN hereinafter called MSGPP

◈ Members joining this plan have to purchase one gram 24k/999 gold per month for 24 months

◈ This plan belongs to Siri Gold Merchants Pvt Ltd.

◈ According to the gold market the gold prices may be changed. so according to that day's gold rate member have to buy the gold.

◈ The coin price includes coin making, packing, GST and hallmark charges.

◈ Siri Gold Merchants Pvt Ltd have all rights to make any changes in the plan or cancel the plan.

◈ All legal issues should be resolved within the jurisdiction of Hyderabad.

◈ If anyone violates the terms and conditions of the plan Siri Gold Merchants Pvt Ltd have all rights to remove from this plan or block the Id of that member.

◈ If any member fail to take the delivery of the purchased gold coin that will add to their gold wallet. Members can take delivery of their purchased gold coin at any time or may sell their gold coins to company Through buyback policy. the amount will be directly added to their account as per that day gold price.
