This Jewelry Purchase Advance Payment Scheme belongs to Siri Gold Merchants Pvt. Ltd. / Siri Gold & Diamonds. All rights are reserved by Siri Gold Merchants Pvt. Ltd. / Siri Gold & Diamonds. Registering as a member in the Siri Gold Merchants Pvt. Ltd. / Siri Gold & Diamonds is completely free. There is no membership registration fee or renewal fee to be paid.

• ◈ In the Jewelry Purchase Advance Payment Scheme, a member will receive ₹25,000/- Cashback in their Virtual Cashback Wallet in return for a payment of ₹15,000/- made by them.
• ◈ The prices of gold and silver coins (kit rate) may fluctuate daily based on the prevailing market prices.
• ◈ The ₹25,000/- Cashback coupon can be used as a 5% advance payment on jewelry purchases up to ₹5,00,000/-.
• ◈ Cashback can be used for gold, diamond, or silver article purchases. It can be applied in one go or in parts, with no expiry date.
• ◈ It can also be used when purchases are made through the member by others.
• ◈ Members can use this for purchasing 24/22 Carat gold coins and 999 pure silver coins.
• ◈ Cashback cannot be used for purchasing raw metal like 24K/999 gold biscuits or 1 Kg / ½ Kg 999 silver bars.
• ◈ To be eligible for the Direct Referral Bonus, members must first activate their own account. Referral bonuses are invalidated if this is not done in order.
• ◈ For Goa Tour and Bangkok Tour rewards, if cash is requested instead of the trip, only 50% of the tour amount will be paid, and only when the tour is conducted.
• ◈ For other rewards, cash equivalents will be paid after deducting GST, 10% admin charges, and 2% TDS.
• ◈ Any expenses beyond the reward amount must be borne by the winners.
• ◈ Siri Gold reserves the right to cancel membership and take legal action for:
• ◈ Spreading false or negative information about the company.
• ◈ Giving unauthorized guarantees.
• ◈ Collecting payments from others via unauthorized means.
• ◈ The company may change, modify, or cancel the business plan without prior notice.
• ◈ Violation of these terms may result in account deletion or suspension.
• ◈ All payments must be made only to the company’s official bank account via QR, UPI, Net Banking, or Payment Gateway.
• ◈ No marketing staff, members, or employees are authorized to accept payments in cash or online on behalf of the company.
• ◈ The company is not liable for unauthorized payments or payments made without an official receipt.
• ◈ The company does not collect deposits and is not responsible for unreceipted payments.
• ◈ Bonuses and commissions will be paid only on bank working days.
• ◈ All legal matters shall be subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction.
